Love is the very ground of our Being. So much of my path, and the space I hold, is about resting and knowing that we are held in this Love.
My own journey to realising this has been long and tender. In my twenties and early thirties, I explored various contemplative paths, struggling with a sense of belonging and the discordance I felt within my inner and outer world.
Then, at 33, a spontaneous awakening to the pure aliveness of light and love radiating through my body led me to find Biodynamic Psychology. It mirrored the very truth I was coming to know: that beneath the defences and armour we build to protect ourselves, the untouched essence of who we are remains — luminous, whole, and abundant in Love.
Before long, I began my four-year Biodynamic Psychotherapy training, learning how to trust the life force and embracing the work of softening and letting go. Alongside my training, I came home to a spiritual lineage that continues to deepen me in awe and open my heart to our sacred nature.
This healing arts practice is rooted in my lived experiences and deep reverence for who we are beneath it all. With an openness to all paths and walks of life, I'm grateful for the opportunity to support you on your journey home.
Ethos
Our bodies hold an innate capacity for self-healing
The life force that moves through every layer of our being upholds our intention of wholeness and well-being. In my work, I support you in trusting in your body’s capacity to self-heal and return to its natural state of harmony.
In a field of presence and simplicity, truth can emerge
Rooted in deep presence and attunement, my work is about holding a quality of being that allows for the essential space to listen, to be attentive, and to make room for what is true and felt to emerge.
