The Journey Within
For many years, I explored contemplative and embodiment paths, sensing there was more to our human experience, and longing to feel more connected with all of life.
Things began to shift in my early 30s when I had a spontaneous experience of life energy moving through and beyond my body. It was as though a light had been switched on, filling me with awe and wonder for the mystery of the body and our oneness with the Living Earth.
Drawn to understand this experience more deeply, I discovered Biodynamic Body Psychotherapy, which was founded by Gerda Boyesen in the 60s. The approach resonated with something I was beginning to recognise within myself: that beneath the protective armour we develop, there remains an inner essence that is luminous, whole, and connected to universal Spirit.
I went on to embark on four years of professional training in this approach, learning to meet the depths of my own experiences with tenderness and truth, and witnessing the transformative potential of healing within the body.
My journey continues to deepen my trust in our innate capacity for wholeness, and it is a privilege and a joy to accompany others on their own paths.
